Your payment is not forwarded immediately, but is safely held with our service provider for 14 days. The payout takes place only once the watch has arrived with you and you have had time to assure yourself of its quality. This way you buy without any risk.

Your satisfaction comes first at dailoro. Should a timepiece not meet your expectations, you can easily make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal. The return process happens in three simple steps:

1. Registration: Inform the specialist dealer of your withdrawal within the 14-day period (easiest directly via your dailoro account).
2. Shipping & tracking: Send the watch back to the dealer in its unworn original condition, securely packed in box and outer packaging, together with all included accessories, as an insured parcel. Very important: add the tracking number to your order overview in your dailoro account right after, so the system can record the return shipment for you.
3. Refund: As soon as the dealer has briefly verified the receipt and condition of the watch, your money is refunded securely and promptly via our payment service provider to your chosen payment method.

Should there ever be a disagreement about the condition, dailoro steps in as a neutral mediator to find a fair solution for both sides.

Should the watch on arrival not match what was described in the listing, please contact us immediately. We take every such case seriously and will work together with the dealer to find a fair solution. Your payment remains protected through our security checkout for as long as the case is open.

Yes, it's easy! Many of our dealers offer the "In-store pickup" (Click & Collect) option, which you can conveniently select at checkout. This way, you can inspect your desired model in person before buying and get to know the dealer directly in their store.

Delivery time depends on the respective dealer and is shown transparently in the listing. Most dealers ship within one to three business days.

Yes, absolutely. Although all our dealers are verified, you can add an additional authenticity check by our watch experts. This service is billed separately through dailoro and can be selected directly by you at checkout.

You have a choice between two options:

• Digital check* (€75): Expert visual analysis based on image material. Includes detailed analysis of photos and, where applicable, videos of the watch, provenance research, and requesting and verifying additional dealer data.
• Physical inspection (€150 + shipping): Expert visual and functional inspection on site. The watch is checked for authenticity, condition and functionality by experienced watch experts at our testing centre.
