When an offer includes this note, it means that the watch is delivered as a so-called "Full Set":

• Box: The original watch box as well as the outer packaging from the respective manufacturer (e.g. Rolex, Omega, Breitling).
• Papers: The official warranty certificate or warranty card from the manufacturer. It includes the watch's serial number, the original purchase date, and usually the stamp of the authorized dealer. The manual and small accessories are often included as well.

For collectors, a Full Set is particularly valuable, as it perfectly documents the history and authenticity of the watch and significantly increases its resale value.

Yes, it's very easy! Many of our dealers offer the "Local Pickup" (Click & Collect) option, which you can conveniently select at checkout. This way you can examine your desired model in person before buying and meet the dealer directly at their store.

Every payment on dailoro is processed through a certified payment service provider and held back until you have received your watch. This means: the dealer only receives their money once the watch has arrived with you undamaged and you are completely satisfied.

Yes, absolutely. You can look forward to your new timepiece with complete peace of mind. Without exception, every watch is sent on its way to you by our specialist dealers insured and with shipment tracking. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong or be lost in transit, you are fully protected. In this case, the selling specialist dealer handles the processing with the shipping service provider. So there is no financial risk for you.

The shipping conditions are determined individually by each specialist dealer. Any shipping costs are always shown completely transparently directly on the product page and listed once again clearly during the checkout process.

Your satisfaction is dailoro's top priority. If a timepiece does not meet your expectations, you can easily make use of your 14-day right of withdrawal. The return process takes place in three simple steps:

1. Registration: Inform the specialist dealer about your withdrawal within the 14-day period (easiest directly through your dailoro account).
2. Shipping & Tracking: Send the watch back to the dealer as an insured package in unworn original condition, safely packed in box and outer packaging, together with all accessories included. Very important: do not ship with DHL. Afterwards, enter the tracking number in your order overview in the dailoro account so that the system records the return shipment for you.
3. Refund: As soon as the dealer has briefly checked the receipt and condition of the watch, your money will be safely and promptly refunded via our payment partner to your chosen payment method.

Should there be any discrepancies regarding the condition, dailoro steps in as a neutral mediator to find a fair solution for both sides.

The costs for return shipping are usually borne by you as the buyer. Since the timepieces on dailoro are high-value items, choosing the right shipping method is crucial for your own safety.

Please be sure to note two important points:

• Ask the dealer for advice: Before sending the watch back, it is best to briefly contact the selling specialist dealer through your dailoro chat. Many dealers work closely with specialized high-value couriers and can tell you the safest way. Some dealers even offer a free return label as a goodwill gesture. A quick look at the dealer's individual shipping terms on the product page often helps here.
• Never ship with standard DHL: Never send your watch as a regular DHL package. At DHL, watches and jewelry with a value of over €500 are considered so-called "prohibited goods". This means: if the package is lost in transit, the transport insurance does not apply and you are left with the damage.

Our recommendation: For return shipping, only use specialized high-value couriers that fully insure your timepiece up to the full purchase price.

Yes, absolutely. Although all our dealers are verified, you can book an additional authenticity check by our watch experts. This service is billed separately through dailoro and can be selected directly by you at checkout.

You have the choice between two options:

• Digital Check* (€75): Expert visual analysis based on image material. Includes a detailed analysis of photos and, where applicable, videos of the watch, a provenance check, as well as requesting and reviewing additional dealer information.
• Physical Inspection (€150 + shipping): Expert visual and functional inspection on site. The watch is checked for authenticity, condition, and functionality by experienced watch experts at our inspection center.
