When an offer includes this note, it means that the watch is delivered as a so-called "Full Set":

• Box: The original watch box as well as the outer packaging from the respective manufacturer (e.g. Rolex, Omega, Breitling).
• Papers: The official warranty certificate or warranty card from the manufacturer. It includes the watch's serial number, the original purchase date, and usually the stamp of the authorized dealer. The manual and small accessories are often included as well.

1. Registration: Inform the specialist dealer about your withdrawal within the 14-day period (easiest directly through your dailoro account).
2. Shipping & Tracking: Send the watch back to the dealer as an insured package in unworn original condition, safely packed in box and outer packaging, together with all accessories included. Very important: enter the tracking number right afterwards in your order overview in the dailoro account so that the system records the return shipment for you.
3. Refund: As soon as the dealer has briefly checked the receipt and condition of the watch, your money will be safely and promptly refunded via our payment partner to your chosen payment method.

Should there be any discrepancies regarding the condition, dailoro steps in as a neutral mediator to find a fair solution for both sides.

The costs for return shipping are usually borne by you as the buyer. Since the timepieces on dailoro are high-value items, choosing the right shipping method is crucial for your own safety.

• Ask the dealer for advice: Before sending the watch back, it is best to briefly contact the selling specialist dealer through your dailoro chat. Many dealers work closely with specialized high-value couriers and can tell you the safest way. Some dealers even offer a free return label as a goodwill gesture. • Never ship with standard DHL: Never send your watch as a regular DHL package. At DHL, watches and jewelry with a value of over €500 are considered so-called "prohibited goods". This means: if the package is lost in transit, the transport insurance does not apply and you are left with the damage.
